Episode 65: This Is Not The Scope You’re Looking For

This episode we do everything we can to alienate our fan base: we talk endlessly about sports, politics, and the depressing state of the economy. We bypass every element of comedy and replace it with awkward silence and unfortunate pauses.

Actually, this doesn’t sound that different from our usual show.

But, on a positive note, regular Scope guest Al sits in for Adam (because he’s got other priorities).

Just started listening to the new show, I am only 16 minutes in and I just have to say that I have really enjoyed the football talk. How about a least a sports segment every once in a while, you guys seem to know what you are talking about for the most part (either that or you fake it well).

    Hey Guys,

Love the show, and I greatly appreciate your Vikings rolling over for my Eagles. We needed another Championship loss to put us back in our place. The Phillies made us think that maybe we might have a chance, but it’s good to know that we aren’t winners after all.

Bring back David Lee Roth sometime; he brings a lot more to the show than Adam does. Molly also – I would really love to get her take on the election.

Looking forward to the next show!

Finally! It’s been a long couple of Scope-less weeks… But you guys are back and strong, except Adam, he was missed. Al is definitely a worthy replacement, but lets face it, he’s not a Jew… I left the voicemail for the show, and have decided not to recant my statements. The show was still quality, and it was much needed after such a long hiatus. Keep it real guys.

Great show!! Disappointed that the Cardinals lost. Oh well at least they did better than the Vikings. Too bad the Vikings let Tomlin get away. Can’t wait for the next show.
